My family and I understand the frustrations that goes with having food allergens. We have first hand knowledge and experience at the disappointments. Since we create the flour mixtures and the recipes, we are able to adapt a recipe to the majority of requests.

Meet Your Baker

 In 2010, my husband was diagnosed with a gluten intolerance and we were frustrated with the gluten free products that were available. The products that we tried tasted like cardboard, they were gritty and they were filled with all sorts of chemicals. Out of frustration I began a mission to create a great tasting bread that is also healthy to eat.

We've come a long way over the years and we're proud of the products we've created, with real, healthy ingredients.
